1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the depobos platform via the website depobos.im or any related services, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

If you disagree with any part of this document, you are advised not to use the depobos platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the depobos platform, including visitors who browse the website only, registered members, active players, and any party that interacts with our platform in any capacity.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To use depobos services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be an individual residing in Malaysia or accessing this platform from a permitted territory.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list or barred by any relevant authority.
• You may only register one (1) account only per individual.

Depobos reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. Required documents may include a national identity card (MyKad), passport, or valid Malaysian driving licence. Accounts that fail to complete verification will be suspended until the process is finalised.

3 User Account

Each depobos member is fully responsible for the security and activity of their own account. This includes:

• Keeping your password confidential and not sharing your login credentials with anyone.
• Ensuring that all registration information is accurate, current, and complete.
• Notifying the depobos support team immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
• Not to transfer or sell the account to any other party under any circumstances.

Depobos shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account by a third party, particularly where such access results from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

4 Deposits & Payments

Depobos accepts deposits only through legitimate and recognised payment methods in Malaysia. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted deposit methods are as follows:

All deposits are final and non-refundable once processed, unless a verified technical error on depobos's part can be established. Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposit details entered are correct before confirming any transaction.

5 Withdrawals

Users may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal limit is RM100 per transaction.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your depobos account.
• Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding RM5,000.
• Withdrawals via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay) are processed within 15–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals via DuitNow or FPX (bank transfer) are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Any wagering requirements associated with a bonus must be fulfilled before a withdrawal is approved.

6 Bonus & Promotions

Depobos offers members a wide range of bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, cashback, reload bonuses, and a VIP programme. All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements stated in each respective promotional offer.

• Welcome bonus up to RM200 is only available to new members making their first deposit.
• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement (e.g. 10x, 20x) that must be met before any withdrawal can be made.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or redeemed directly for cash.
• Depobos reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including opening multiple accounts for repeated claims — will result in account termination and forfeiture of all bonuses.

7 Game Rules

All games available on the depobos platform — including slots, live casino, sports betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton), poker, e-sports, and table games — must be played in accordance with the respective rules stated within each game.

• The outcome of all games is final once recorded by the depobos system.
• Any technical faults, internet disruptions, or device failures on the user's end shall not constitute grounds for bet refunds or cancellations.
• Depobos uses an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) for all digital games to ensure fairness.
• Live casino features real human dealers broadcast in real time — all outcomes are determined by actual gameplay.
• Sports Betting is subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. Odds may change before the bet is confirmed.

Depobos reserves the right to void or amend any bet placed as a result of a verified technical error or system fault on the platform's part.

10 Account Termination
